Sr. Recruiter, GTM – Field Engineering Bengaluru, India Mission We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to be the driving force behind hiring the technical talent that powers our go-to-market engine across India - Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and the broader Field Engineering org. These are the people who sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, turn the world's hardest data and AI problems into production reality, and make Databricks impossible to compete against.
