More about the team: The Enterprise platform UX team is responsible for driving the user experience across critical enterprise concerns, specifically focusing on governance , security , and platform observability . This includes ensuring that platform admins have intuitive controls for managing access and compliance, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for their data and AI operations, and providing clear, actionable insights into platform health and usage. The impact you will have: - Help design best in class monitoring and governance experiences at scale. - Design unique interactions that will help administrators understand vast amounts of telemetry data. - Explore new ways in which Generative AI can enhance the platform experience and developer workflows. - Develop a deep understanding of Databricks business objectives, the cloud and big data space, its users, and competition. - Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points related to data science and platform usage.
