Sr. Product Designer, AI/BI Seattle, Washington RDQ427R273 Mission At Databricks, our mission is to simplify and democratize data and AI so more organizations can solve the world's toughest problems. As a Product Designer focused on AI/BI experiences, your mission is to make advanced analytics, generative AI, and business intelligence intuitive, trustworthy, and actionable for both technical and non-technical users. As a Product Designer focused on AI/BI experiences, you won't just design dashboards or workflows. You'll design how humans and AI think together. You'll help define what it feels like to ask a question of your company's data in plain language - and receive an answer you can trust. You'll shape how insights are generated, explained, challenged, and shared. You'll craft the bridge between complex AI systems and real human decisions. You'll be working closely with the product and engineering teams based in Seattle. The impact you will have: - Reimagine how users explore data using natural language and AI assistance - Design interactions that make AI-generated insights transparent and trustworthy - Create experiences that move from exploration → validation → action in minutes - Enable collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business leaders - Help define new design patterns for AI-native enterprise software - Influence long-term AI/BI strategy, contributing to how Databricks differentiates in the modern analytics landscape. What we look for: - 5+ years of product design work experience. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines. -
