Manager, Billing Bengaluru, India GAQ227R121 We are seeking a dedicated Billing Manager to lead our billing team and focus on resolving billing and collection issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless billing experience for our customers and contributing to the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in billing functions, excel in communication, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. They should be proactive, efficient, and capable of leading and scaling a growing team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The impact you will have: - Lead, develop, and manage a team of Billing Analysts, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and scaling team capability. - Oversee accurate and timely processing of all customer billings, including recurring subscriptions, usage-based charges, professional services, and one-time fees. - Ensure invoices are complete, compliant, and delivered within defined SLAs and contractual timelines. - Manage and resolve complex and escalated billing inquiries through the Salesforce billing queue, partnering cross-functionally to drive timely resolution. - Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, escalating appropriately while maintaining a strong customer experience. - Develop and monitor team performance metrics, reporting against key objectives and service levels. - Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across ERP, Salesforce integrations, internal billing/rating systems, and CRM platforms. - Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. - Perform critical month-end close activities, including A/R roll-forwards and account reconciliations, and support quarter-end audit requirements. - Manage customer and vendor portals,
