About this role
Sr Marketing Manager, New Vertical USA - Remote | Remote Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry-an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world's leading venture capital firms, we're on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world-empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. ABOUT THE ROLE We're scaling a new vertical, and we're hiring our first dedicated marketing leader to own it. This is not an individual contributor role - it's an orchestration role. You'll be responsible for building and managing the full marketing engine: directing our agency partners, owning affiliate and events strategy, and over time developing the in-house capability that reduces our dependence on outside resources entirely. You'll operate with real autonomy and report directly to senior leadership. The job is to make sure the right things are getting done by the right people - whether that's an agency, a vendor, or eventually a team you've helped build. If you're someone who gets energy from bringing order to ambiguity, holds vendors to outcomes rather than activity, and can communicate clearly to leadership when the plan needs to change, this role was built for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the marketing engine, strategy and execution, with real accountability for pipeline outcomes, not
