About the Role The Milling/Singulation Technician will operate as part of a team of 5+ milling technicians in a state-of-the-art and digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah. Our Milling Technicians operate advanced milling and nesting software to produce top-tier dental restorations. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. If you're looking to disrupt the dental lab industry status quo and take lead in building and scaling a “Gold Standard Milling Department” per aggressive growth targets, this is the right place for you! What You'll Do - Operate Quickly: Directly operate our milling nesting software(s) to orient and properly support dental products (e.g., crown, bridge, abutment) in a fast-paced environment - Drive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality products - Problem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within
