As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world-empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our new entity in LATAM. This role will be responsible for building Dandy Mexico from the ground up as well as expansion into Latin America. The GM will deliver localized market analysis, set up our operations in Mexico and beyond, and develop the business strategy to ensure successful market entry and sustainable growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy LATAM - Develop and maintain initial customer base - Develop and manage the LATAM business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs - Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies - Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership - Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the LATAM market - Represent the company to LATAM government officials, industry associations, and business networks - Ensure compliance with all LATAM
