About the Role: We're looking for a highly consultative Field Trainer in the Nashville area to lead impactful, in-person training that accelerates early clinical success with Dandy's digital dentistry solutions. This role is field-based, with up to 85% travel nationwide, and is focused on helping dental practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows with confidence. You'll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders-helping teams adopt new technology, digital workflows, improve clinical performance, and accelerate early success. This role combines clinical training expertise with operational execution and post-training insight to deliver measurable value at the intersection of training, technology, and practice growth.
