Die Position: Als Head of mAb Manufacturing (m/w/d) bauen Sie eine neue Abteilung auf, führen diese fachlich wie disziplinarisch und verantworten die Herstellung klinischer und perspektivisch kommerzieller Chargen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Technik und Qualität zusammen und prägen die strategische Ausrichtung eines zentralen Zukunftsbereichs. Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten: Aufbau und Leitung einer neuen Abteilung zur Herstellung monoklonaler Antikörper im mittleren Maßstab - von der Reinrauminstallation über den technischen Start-up bis zur GMP-Routineproduktion Mitgestaltung des Produktionsbereichs, der Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsstrategien, der SOP-Landschaft sowie der GMP-Organisation im Rahmen des Neubauprojekts Verantwortung für die Herstellung von klinischen Prüfpräparaten sowie - in der Folge - von kommerziellen Herstellchargen Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation eines interdisziplinären Teams von perspektiv
