Die Abteilung Engineering - sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fachbauleitung (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Fachbauleitung von CAPEX Projekten im Gewerk der Elektro- und MSR-Technik in der LpH8 im Rahmen von Neubauprojekten zur Erweiterung der Produktionskapazitäten Schnittstellenfunktion zur Planung/Site Engineering und den in der Abwicklung relevanten Parteien Ansprechpartner für elektrotechnische Fragestellungen für externe Planungsfirmen Bewertung von technischen Lösungen, Sicherstellung der GMP-Compliance, Einhaltung von EHS-Vorgaben und Elektrostandards Überwachung aller Bau- und Umbaumaßnahmen von der Installation, über die Inbetriebnahme & Abnahme, bis zur Übergabe an den Nutzer Erstellung & Review von relevanter technischer und kaufmännischer Dokumentation Reporting im Gewerk EMSR, Aufmaß und Rechnungsprüfung sowie Nachtragsprüfung während der Abwicklung der CAPEX Projekte am Standort Fachlic
