About this role
VP Operations Excellence Atlanta, GA, United States A Day in the Life: The Vice President Operations Excellence is responsible for developing and driving operational processes and efficiencies across North America Operations (NA Ops). This role drives strategic initiatives, optimizes organization-wide workflows, provides innovative solutions and tools, and develops and deploys best practices. The Vice President is a key collaborator in the organization and building meaningful partnerships across Finance, Technology, Product, and Fleet to maximize scalable solutions. This role develops and leads a high-performing team to drive organizational effectiveness by utilizing data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and strong organizational knowledge. What You'll Do: Assess operational processes, develop data-driven recommendations for improvements, and lead optimization efforts. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence, resulting in streamlined processes, improved customer and employee experiences, increased profits, and revenue growth. Drive the development and deployment of best practices through robust training, communication, and change management. Build a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes and programs are effective by monitoring performance and incorporating feedback and enhancements. Responsible for building, managing and developing talent effectively within the Organization in order to foster a high performing culture that holds all management accountable for the effective management of their teams and revenue growth. Develop and lead a diverse, high-performing, results-oriented, and highly engaged team of a geographically dispersed team. What We're Looking For: 10-12 years' experience in Business Operations, Analytics, Project Management, or Data Analytics.
