Essential Functions and Primary Duties Partner with service line professionals and IT to identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize processes leveraging offshore resources, automation, process reengineering and advanced workflow technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower teams with actionable insights that enhance strategic decision making. Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements that align with project objectives and enable scalable transformation solutions. Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture and document comprehensive process maps that clearly current-state and future-state workflows, gather feedback, and document recommendations for improvement.
