Learn more at www.coopersurgical.com. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead daily team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and safety reminders. Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources to meet production targets. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training as needed. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, quality checks, and team attendance. Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues promptly. Supports achievement of day‑to‑day production objectives with meaningful impact on business, material flow, and equipment performance. Performs tasks that are frequently non‑routine and require adaptability. Makes adjustments or recommends improvements to systems and processes to resolve production issues.
