Material Handler Yard Driver 2nd Shift (Neillsville, WI) Neillsville, WI, United States Key Responsibilities: Moves product/trailers between off-site warehouse and plant. Responsible for helping maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory, quantity, location, etc Sustain and improve an accurate shipping and inventory culture Must support 5S and continuous improvement culture Ability and willingness to work receiving/line-stocking/& shipping as required Ability and willingness to work with AMR's (Autonomous Mobile Robots) Other duties as assigned Essential Skills and Competencies: Good attendance record Understanding of inventory controls, procedures, and policies preferred Strong problem-solving skills Must be a quick learner Must be motivated and self-driven Must have computer skills and learn Oracle and additional supporting software and equipment Must be willing to flex hours to cover other shifts due to vacation and/or business need. Education & Experience Must have lift truck experience and be proficient in lift truck operation Must have valid Fork truck license or complete required training Valid driver's license required Current Class A CDL required. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Engage in HSE Training. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost
