Essential Functions and Primary Duties Partner with service line professionals and IT to identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize processes leveraging offshore resources, automation, process reengineering and advanced workflow technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements that align with project objectives and enable scalable transformation solutions. Develop comprehensive process maps, workflow diagrams, and business requirements documents that clearly outline current and future state processes. Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture current-state and future-state workflows, gather feedback, and document recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower teams with actionable insights that enhance strategic decision making.
