As Manager, Business Development, you'll lead how we identify, structure, and scale the partnerships that fuel Mobility growth. This role blends strategy, dealmaking, and execution. A Day in the Life: Brief description of the location, scope, responsibilities, and reporting structure of the position. The salary range for this position is expected to be around $100k, highly commensurate with experience. What You'll Do: Build the Partnerships That Matter: Own the business development strategy across Mobility. You'll source, structure, negotiate, and grow partnerships that expand revenue, unlock new capabilities, and strengthen Hertz's position in the mobility ecosystem. Turn Deals into Scaled Businesses: Go beyond signing agreements. Partner with operations, product, finance, legal, and marketing to launch, operationalize, and scale partnerships that perform in the real world. Lead with Commercial Rigor: Develop business cases, pricing frameworks, and financial models to evaluate opportunities and guide decision making. Track performance, identify risks and upside, and continuously optimize for growth. Navigate Senior Stakeholders: Build and manage relationships with executive level partners and internal leaders.
