Unleash your Potential As the Head of Mechanical Engineering, you will work with a team of engineers to deliver new technologies to customers by developing high-quality features. You will play an important role in: 1. Engineering Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage the mechanical engineering department supporting test handler platforms. Define and execute the mechanical engineering roadmap aligned with business, technology, and product strategies. Establish best practices in design standards, documentation, and engineering governance. Mentor, develop, and performance-manage mechanical engineering teams (design, analysis, validation). 2. Product Development & Design Excellence Oversee mechanical design of semiconductor test handlers, including: Precision motion systems (linear, rotary, indexing) Thermal control systems (heating, cooling, contactor alignment) Structural frames, tooling, and fixturing High-speed and high-accuracy mechanisms Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements. Drive Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), tolerance analysis, and risk assessments. Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and BOMs. 3.
