General Assembly 2nd Shift (Neillsville, WI) Neillsville, WI, United States Key Responsibilities: Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture Assist with set-up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products Complete proper paperwork per station Keep work area safe and clean (5S - Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader and/or Manager Qualifications: Ability to work well with others Ability to follow directions Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc. Good written and oral communication skills Self-motivated Education & Experience: 1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferred Physical Requirements: Routinely Lift up to 35 pounds Stand/walk >90% of the time Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Engage in HSE Training. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality inspections.
