Job Summary: The Director of Distribution is responsible with developing, leading, and implementing distribution strategies that support the growth strategies of the organization while simultaneously optimizing distribution performance. Responsible for monitoring KPI's to monitor business performance and adjust where necessary to achieve overall service expectations and achieving budgetary expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES Directs all activities connected with the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of CooperVision products. Manage KPI's to drive business performance ensuring alignment and deliverables to corporate strategies Budgeting and P&L control Develop and execute OpEx and CapEx budgets and forecasts in line with corporate goals Engage and lead the team by defining criteria for excellence and improving core competencies.
