Job Description: Primary Purpose The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping ensure a positive workplace culture and adherence to company policies and employment laws. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Employee Relations Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and workplace conflicts Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions Support and enforce company policies and progressive discipline processes Recruitment & Onboarding Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding Support recruitment for salaried positions across professional, technical, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers and leadership team Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs Partner with supervisors to understand staffing needs and reduce turnover Benefits & Compensation Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave, etc.) Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment Support compensation reviews and salary benchmarking Compliance & Policies
