About this role

Shipping Packager Shoemaker Manufacturing Job Overview: Shipping Packers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to the packaging and put away of registers, grilles, and diffusers. They are responsible for the final steps in ensuring the product meets quality standards and is properly packaged, ready to be shipped to the customer. Employees are not required to be proficient in all aspects of the job upon hire or promotion. On-the-job training is part of the onboarding process for all duties that will be performed. This is an on-site, hourly position that requires daily presence at our Cle Elum, WA facility. The work schedule is as follows: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
