About this role

Data Center Facilities Technician (HVAC / Electrical) SFO1-A The Data Center Facility Technician is responsible for the operation, monitoring, trouble shooting, and basic maintenance of HVAC equipment and electrical systems located within our Data Centers. This role is also responsible for the timely resolution of colocation clients as well as internal trouble tickets. The role also comprises of monitoring and analyzing network and infrastructure alarms and escalating to appropriate teams if necessary.
