About the role We are seeking a transformational executive to serve as VP, Global People Enablement (Consultant) to define and architect the future state of our global People infrastructure, operating model, and technology ecosystem. This role will operate as a strategic advisor and hands-on transformation leader, responsible for modernizing and integrating our People Services & Operations, Total Rewards, and People Technology functions into a cohesive, scalable, and globally aligned enablement engine. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise , a world-class People Operations background , and a track record of leading enterprise HR transformations across complex, global organizations. This is a high-impact role focused on building durable systems, capabilities, and governance that will enable the People function - and the business - to scale effectively.
