About the role We are looking for a experienced and strategic Contingent Workforce leader to oversee and advance Crunchyroll's global contingent workforce program as we scale. As Global Contingent Workforce Program Senior Manager, you will own the execution and ongoing evolution of the program, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, and aligned to broader workforce and business strategies. You will operate at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and requires strong judgment in navigating workforce models, vendor ecosystems, and regulatory considerations. You will be a senior subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on how to effectively leverage contingent talent, while driving operational excellence across the lifecycle.
