Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime! About the role We're looking for a senior strategy leader to own and drive company-wide strategic planning and execution at Crunchyroll. As Director of Enterprise Strategy & Initiatives in the Office of the President, you'll operate as a trusted extension of the President, bringing structure to complex decisions, aligning leaders around clear priorities, and ensuring strategy translates into action. Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this role sits at the center of the business. You'll lead company-wide planning, shape the narratives that guide decisions, and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across a global subscription business. Core Areas of Responsibility - Own the end-to-end company-wide strategic planning process - Translate complex ideas into clear strategies, priorities, and company-wide narratives - Build materials that drive alignment and execution across the business - Maintain a clear point of view on priorities, trade-offs, and performance - Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution - Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive actions to accelerate progress -
