About the Role The Category Manager-Localization supports sourcing and procurement activities across Crunchyroll's Localization category, including Subtitling/Captioning, Dubbing (English and International), Creative Localization, and Accessibility (CC/AD). This role focuses on executing sourcing events, analyzing vendor proposals, coordinating contract reviews, and maintaining supplier performance data in partnership with senior sourcing leadership. You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Sourcing, the Localization leadership team, and cross-functional partners in Content Operations, Legal, and Finance to help ensure our localization services deliver value, quality, and speed for fans around the world. You Will - Support execution of sourcing initiatives for localization services such as dubbing, subtitling, and accessibility, rate benchmarking, and contract negotiation. - Conduct vendor and market research, prepare rate comparisons, and analyze spend data to identify potential savings and efficiency opportunities. - Execute sourcing events and RFx processes in partnership with senior sourcing leaders, ensuring stakeholder alignment, documentation accuracy, and timely completion. - Draft and manage MSA/SOW templates with guidance from Legal; track redlines, ensure version control,
