About the Role As an Enterprise Account Success Manager, your mission is to drive deeper adoption and retention within key accounts. You'll build bespoke relationships across functions, identify new use cases, and expand Crossbeam's footprint by demonstrating how our platform unlocks real business outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Success, this role is a unique opportunity to own the client relationship with the world's largest and most strategic companies.
