Overview The Senior Manager, DTC Product Management of India for Crocs, Inc. is a key leadership role accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes and cross functional alignment across Direct To Consumer roadmaps in India, for both Crocs and HeyDude brands. This role owns the digital roadmap for India including prioritization and resource alignment across multiple teams and vendors. This role leads and ensures the successful delivery of major digital technology initiatives across multiple platforms, including owned.COM webstores and online marketplaces. (e.g., OMS migrations, payment integrations, revenue driving enhancements, etc.). A significant portion of this role focuses on stakeholder management, leadership alignment and influencing decisions to find solutions to complex challenges. The role regularly engages senior leadership to drive decisions, manage tradeoffs and hold cross functional teams accountable without direct authority, particularly in ambiguous scenarios.
