Overview The Sr. Legal Counsel ( Regulatory & Compliance ) at Crocs Inc. will drive regulatory strategy by partnering closely with the business to navigate legal requirements, assess and mitigate risk and build scalable compliance frameworks that support business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience as a regulatory/compliance attorney supporting consumer goods brands and will be able to confidently and strategically support Crocs Inc. What You'll Do Lead global regulatory and compliance strategy for the business, proactively identifying risk, shaping governance frameworks, and advising senior stakeholders on complex legal and regulatory matters with enterprise impact Manage global product compliance programs, including coordination of physical and chemical testing protocols (e.g., REACH, CPSIA, CA Prop 65, ASTM standards) in partnership with compliance, product development, and sourcing teams.
