Sr. Compound Engineer Ponte San Nicol Overview We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Sr. Compound and Manufacturing Operations Engineer to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Ponte San Nicolò, Italy. What You'll Do Compound Area: Supervise the local Compound Workshop and Testing Laboratory, ensuring flawless equipment maintenance and calibration, external audits, work planning, and test execution. Coordinate and monitor regional compound suppliers through metrics, audits, and periodic reports, encouraging ambitious business relationships built on trust and integrity. Conduct formal and informal audits in the compounding area, laboratory, and injection floor, interacting directly with suppliers onsite to drive flawless corrective actions and improvement plans. Support global and regional functions-including Product Execution, QA, Costing, Compliance, and Development-in transferring or developing products, guidelines, technologies, and standard methodologies. Focus strictly on compounding and injection-related activities. Continuously explore and drive innovation through groundbreaking and evolutionary changes in compounding, testing, and injection processes.
