Workplace & People Operations Manager Overview The Workplace & People Operations Manager at Cowboy Space Corporation will own workplace operations, employee experience, onboarding coordination, internship program operations, and broader People team operational support across the company. This role serves as a key operational and cultural presence onsite, helping create an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, interns, and visitors while ensuring the office and workplace environment operates smoothly and professionally during a period of rapid organizational growth. Reporting to the Head of People, this individual will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to support employee experience, workplace operations, People programs, and organizational coordination across the company. This role is ideal for a highly organized, operationally strong, and proactive individual who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys building structure, operational rigor, and high-quality employee experiences. This role is located onsite in San Carlos CA.
