TSG Technician 1 Country United States ELECTRO-MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN SUPPLY CHAIN - HUNT VALLEY, MD As a TSG Technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. You will have the opportunity to do various types of tasks, including testing and maintaining high-speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. From the beginning, you will be getting involved, impacting situations, and influencing business-related problems. THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: Troubleshooting and repairing of manufacturing processes and equipment. Find the root cause in any quality issue. Reporting of defective components. Leading equipment and process improvements to support and maintain quality standards. Follow Coty's Safety Policies and adhere to all processes and procedures that are in place. Adherence to all Health & Safety at Work obligations. Investigating any accident or incident reports on the system. Ensure the workplace is safe and without risks to health both physical and psychological. Reduce the risk of injury or illness in the workplace so far as reasonably practicable. Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others. Avoid short cuts which could put yourself or someone else at risk.
