THE ROLE Coty is seeking a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead the Hunt Valley Technical Maintenance organization. This role is accountable for the performance, reliability, and long-term capability of manufacturing equipment and technical systems that enable the site to meet its safety, quality, service, and cost objectives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this leader will: Provide overall leadership for the Hunt Valley Technical Services organization, driving both daily execution and long-term technical strategy. Own the maintenance, engineering, and equipment reliability agenda, ensuring sustained performance and continuous improvement across processing, packaging, and automation systems.
