RESPONSIBILITIES As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. While you learn from a world-class manufacturing organization, you will have a clear objective and will deliver meaningful results. Your main focus: Analyze and solve problems using our “Stop the Stops” methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause. Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material. Create machine “Zeroes” that allow us to keep the machine in base condition. Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises. Compile all the information created in the “Operator Book” and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified. Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.
