THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Director FP&A & Supply Chain Planning Finance , you play a critical role in orchestrating Supply Chain financial performance. You will lead global FP&A processes, partner with senior Supply Chain leaders, and provide insights on cost, inventory, and cash-enabling better decisions across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics. You will be reporting to Global Supply Chain Finance leadership, and you will manage: 1. FP&A Leadership & Performance Management Own the end‑to‑end FP&A drumbeat across Global Supply Chain & Procurement (reporting, forecasting, outlooks, budgeting, strategic planning) Lead fixed cost budgeting and performance management across Supply Chain functions Consolidate and challenge financial inputs across Supply Chain pillars Drive performance reviews focused on cost, inventory, cash, and productivity Ensure decision‑oriented financial storytelling for senior leadership 2.
