Global Merchandising Apprentice, HUGO BOSS Region Europe | Country France Global Merchandising Apprentice, HUGO BOSS and/or core brands fragrances 1 year Apprenticeship from 1st September 2026 RESPONSIBILITIES As our Global Merchandising Apprentice , you will primarily support the Project Managers in the conception and development of temporary in-store animations for fragrance launches in terms of visibility, image and consumer experience within the retail experience team . He/she will report to the Global Merchandising Manager. Key missions: Design and delivery of temporary in-store materials for multiple initiatives, Liaise with design agencies from creative brief to artwork production, follow-up & feedback to markets on local executions, Translate creative concept into technical briefs for material purchasing purposes or local production, Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines, delivery and implementation of assets, Create and write related merchandising guidelines, Conduct benchmarking and competitive research, Update planograms using IWD software.
