Cosm is looking for an inspirational leader with experience in a live entertainment or hospitality environment. We're looking for individuals who put customers first and always strive to provide the highest level of service. The ideal candidate would be organized, motivated, and proactive to ensure that venue operations are running smoothly. You will lead a team that is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operation of Cosm's groundbreaking audio/visual immersive display systems throughout the Cosm Venue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team that is at the intersection of hospitality, technology and live entertainment, driving mind blowing guest experiences. Responsibilities: Operate Cosm display systems during high-profile events, private events, and demos. Must be present and contributing during key weekend events, which often include late nights. Collaborate across multiple teams including Venue IT, Venue personnel, Technical Directors, and additional support staff to always provide a Cosmworthy experience. Lead, train and motivate the Dome Operator team to perform at their highest level in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Develop an optimized Operator schedule to ensure coverage across key venue events, all digital displays within the venue, and all venue A/V systems.
