Sr. Specialist, Production Planning Operations Taichung Role Purpose As the Senior Planning Specialist, you will drive end‑to‑end planning excellence across regions-aligning customer demand, production capabilities, and logistics strategies to strengthen supply chain performance. You will optimize fulfillment planning, innovate transportation and allocation models, and enhance reliability through data‑driven insights and continuous process improvements. By partnering closely with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders, you will build more resilient planning processes, improve cost‑to‑serve efficiency, and enable scalable operational growth across the network. Key Responsibilities Manage customer demand fulfillment by collaborating closely with Production Planners, QA, and Engineering teams. Optimize transportation strategies to achieve the most cost‑efficient and timely delivery performance. Work with Production Planners to arrange import/export schedules aligned with customer demand and production needs. Monitor arrival compliance, investigate causes of non‑compliance, and identify opportunities to enhance reliability. Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, documentation, and standardization. Coordinate FS/FG allocation across regions to maximize synergy and inventory efficiency. Experiences/Education - Required Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
