Role Purpose Support a project focused on modernizing software support and incident management. The intern will contribute to the development of tools for bug tracking and ticket resolution, creation of troubleshooting resources for frontline support, collaboration on training materials, and exploration of AI-powered automation to improve issue resolution speed and consistency.
