What You'll Do: The Sr. Data Center Security Site Evaluation Program Manager drives new site selection physical security due diligence and initial risk evaluation. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Center Risk and Assurance, this position ensures that security risks and mitigations for new locations are integrated into contractual requirements, designs, controls, and operational workflows, ensuring that every site aligns with established security standards, audit requirements, and CoreWeave's organizational expectations. This Sr. Program Manager will execute Risk and Assurance assessment activities for our data centers and associated facilities, partnering closely with Site Selection, Legal/Contracting, Security Design and Operations to ensure risks are mitigated. The role requires a strategic, detail-oriented physical security professional with an understanding of site selection due diligence, audit control assurance and strong cross-functional influence in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
