What You'll Do: CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Energy & Power Transaction Management to lead on transaction oversight, operational execution, and lifecycle management for CoreWeave's power and energy procurement activities. This role is critical to ensuring that complex energy transactions - from contract execution through ongoing performance - are implemented accurately, governed effectively, and scalable as CoreWeave continues to grow. This position sits between front-office deal execution and back-office settlement and accounting, partnering closely with Energy Markets, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Data Center Operations, and external counterparties. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in powerenergy transactions,exceptional attention to detail, strong process discipline, and the ability to build structure in a fast-growing environment.
