What You'll Do: IT Operations at CoreWeave is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity. About the role: As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave's internal IT environment. This role blends hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce. This role requires strong technical depth, sound operational judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. Who You Are: - 4-6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments. - Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), including lifecycle automation and group management. - Hands-on experience
