What You'll Do About the Team IT Operations at CoreWeave is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity. About the Role As an IT Operations Manager, you will lead and scale CoreWeave's internal IT support function, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and efficient experience for employees across the organization. This role blends people leadership, operational ownership, and technical oversight , with a focus on building a support model that can scale alongside the company's rapid growth. You will manage a team responsible for day-to-day IT support while driving improvements in processes, tooling, and automation.
