Target Responsibilities Must adhere to CORE Natural Resources first principles including Safety, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement. Ensure the company's "Absolute ZERO" safety culture is embedded in all work performed Must safely, effectively, and efficiently work and respond to changing conditions within the mine Experienced in the maintenance of underground equipment and machinery to support longwall operation. Must ensure that body mechanics, equipment, and tools are utilized in a safe and responsible manner Responsible for the safe and efficient production of coal and/or assistance in the production of coal in general work areas Requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations Must comply with company policies, federal and state laws, and regulatory standards Minimum Requirements Requires PA Black Hat or equivalent certification Must have MSHA Federal Electrical Card or equivalent certification Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires Must be able to work as scheduled and arrive to the worksite promptly to receive work assignment and prepare for the start of the shift Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently This position is defined by the
