The Role: The Sustainability Associate is the one who ensures that sustainable procedures are followed in the facility. They monitor compliance and report news, compliance or deviations, and the information necessary to achieve sustainability objectives. Responsibilities: Walk through CookUnity's facilities to ensure that sustainable procedures are followed as they should. Classify, weigh, and dispose of Food Waste (donations/compost/garbage/family meals). Condition and prepare Food Waste for donations or for internal use (back to market). Daily walks through the facility (kitchens, green stations, fulfilment, market) and complete the DAILY AUDIT BIN FORM to detect any contamination. Monthly Sustainability Audit form, Assist to the review meetings with the Sustainability team and comply with the corrective actions to improve the final score. Coordinate DONATIONS pick up with the Non-profit
