About the Role The Sealing Shift Supervisor oversees the operation of the meal-sealing process during assigned shifts, ensuring that all food products are sealed accurately, safely, and efficiently in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is responsible for supervising the sealing team, maintaining equipment, coordinating with adjacent teams, and reporting shift outcomes. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support sealing machine operators and associates during the shift. Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs. Quality Control: Monitor the sealing process for accuracy, consistency, and food safety compliance. Conduct visual inspections of sealed products and address any quality issues immediately.
