The Role: We're looking for a Production Prep Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and components for meal assembly. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing prep tasks with precision and efficiency to ensure all dishes meet quality, consistency, and food safety standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in structured kitchen environments and takes pride in clean, consistent execution. What You'll Do Ingredient Preparation Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production needs Execute prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, cooking grains, and preparing sauces Batch Cooking & Component Production Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and yields to meet quality standards Ensure all prepared items are properly labeled,
