The role: As a Payroll Specialist, you'll support end-to-end payroll processing across the US, Canada, and LATAM-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and Tech to improve systems, automate workflows, and scale processes using tools like macros, scripts, and AI. You'll also track payroll KPIs, manage documentation and reporting, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Responsibilities: Support and contribute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries (US, Canada, LATAM), ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. Liaise with managers to ensure timely review and approval of hourly employee time sheets. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tech to support ongoing improvements to our HRIS and payroll systems Contribute to maintaining compliance with international payroll, tax, and labor requirements.
