The role: As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs. You are responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures for CookUnity's fulfillment and logistics department. As an Operations Manager, you manage, motivate, and inspire teams of employees (90 -100 associates). You provide direction and goals for process, equipment, and infrastructure improvements to improve reliability, efficiencies, and long-term costs. Responsibilities: P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize financial performance for fulfillment and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals. Labor & Cost Management: Oversee labor planning and cost control strategies to maintain efficiency while meeting operational targets.
