The role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Facilities Manager to oversee and lead maintenance and operational activities . This role is integral to ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance in all our facilities, requiring a proactive approach to facility management, planning, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and maintenance , ensuring standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance. Create and implement preventive maintenance programs for optimal building performance. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
